Request Reports
These reports summarize user approval actions and incident requests actions.
Approval Reports
Description: Whereas most reports focus on costs and usage in your organization, the Approval Report allows you to view statistics on report approvals.
Benefit: This report was designed explicitly to enable you to determine the efficiency with which employees with approval authority are approving requests made by other employees.
Note: The information in the generated report is displayed per approver and not per request. That is, if a request had multiple levels of approval, the report shows each approver’s action in individual rows. By default, the outputted report is not grouped in any fashion.
Roles: MACD, Administrator.
Incident Reports
Description: Summarizes incident request management in Cimpl incident creation, category, urgency, and dates are shown.
Benefit: Enables you to quickly understand the patterns of incidents in your organization so that you may more efficiently improve incident resolution in your organization.
